Experiencia fantástica: As a frequent visitor in Cancun I have experienced, unfortunately, my share of toothaches or Dental problems and we were so fortunate to be referred to Cancun Dental. Experiencia fantástica: Este lugar es impresionante. Vivo en Chicago y los precios allá son absurdos y estúpidos. ¡$75 de consulta y $250-2000 por extracción! ¡No es de extrañar que la ciudad esté inundada de consultorios dentales en el lado sur! No es una broma. $120 con radiografía y extracción en Cancún. La extracción no fue muy dolorosa, de todos modos es una cirugía como cualquier otra. Pero el dentista Francisco fue gracioso y me explicó todo el procedimiento. Así que fue muy agradable. El lugar está dentro del centro comercial, por si acaso, y estaba muy limpio. Tuve que quitarme el diente, tenía sensibilidad y un poco de dolor. Estoy tan contento de haber venido aquí. Dile a tu familia sobre este lugar, es hermoso. Si vienes de vacaciones, hazlo un par de días antes del vuelo de regreso. Simplemente no lleves cosas pesadas y no te quedes al sol por períodos prolongados.

Experiencia positiva: Estoy contento con los dientes que ahora funcionan (a diferencia de las dentaduras que he estado usando desde marzo), pero estoy extremadamente descontento por estar en Cancún durante 2 semanas y no haber sido atendido durante la primera semana. ¡Finalmente obtuve mis dientes nuevos solo unas HORAS antes de irme! Estuve en la silla del dentista hasta la 1 a.m. el día que tenía que irme. Eso es demasiado justo. Me hubiera gustado que ajustaran mis dientes. Experiencia negativa: Evita esta clínica. Te estafarán. Solo hacen negocios. Recientemente vine de Cancún después de hacerme 10 coronas y muchos empastes. A los 2 días, mis coronas y empastes se cayeron. Tuve una experiencia terrible. Me bloquearon y nunca respondieron. Ahora estoy trabajando para demandarlos. Estamos listos para llevar esto a la corte. Tenemos todos los informes de su clínica y los informes de mi dentista en EE. UU. que confirman su negligencia médica. No nos detendremos ni eliminaremos la reseña, deja de advertirme. Contactaré a todos los demás pacientes para que hablen y salven a las personas de los estafadores.

Experiencia fantástica: Mi hijo y yo decidimos arriesgarnos e ir a Cancún desde Green Bay, Wisconsin, para recibir un tratamiento dental sustancial. Investigé las mejores clínicas y doctores y elegimos la Clínica Dental de Cancún. Me colocaron dos implantes, 2 coronas y un puente con una corona. Una extracción y un tratamiento de conducto. Mi hijo tuvo aún más trabajo realizado: 16 caries atendidas, extracciones de dientes, tratamiento de conducto y preparación para alineadores que se colocarán en septiembre, entre otras cosas. Los doctores y empleados fueron excepcionales. Nos cuidaron desde nuestra llegada al aeropuerto, al hotel y a la clínica en múltiples visitas durante un periodo de 4 días, y finalmente, en nuestro vuelo de regreso. Aquellos que buscan un gran trabajo dental y personas honestas y que se preocupan, no teman, ahorré mucho dinero, pero más importante, recibí atención dental mejor que la de mi dentista en Packer Land (Green Bay, WI).

Experiencia fantástica: Viajé a Cancún con mi hijo, a quien le habían extraído 3 muelas del juicio impactadas bajo anestesia general. La cirugía fue realizada por el Dr. Xavier Primo Pavón. Todo salió extremadamente bien y tuvo un sangrado y una hinchazón mínimos. El doctor explicó todo lo que había ocurrido durante la cirugía utilizando la radiografía como contexto. También le estaban poniendo dos implantes (molares de atrás). Desafortunadamente, no había suficiente hueso para asegurar uno de los implantes, así que se realizó un injerto óseo. Nuevamente, todo fue explicado a fondo con la radiografía como referencia. ¡Fue muy amable y paciente al responder un millón de preguntas! La oficina está extremadamente limpia y moderna (mejor que algunas clínicas dentales en EE. UU.). Cada detalle se cuida, desde un lugar para quedarse y el transporte desde el aeropuerto al hotel y del hotel a la clínica dental. Experiencia fantástica: Mi esposo y yo estábamos de vacaciones en Cancún y durante nuestra primera noche allí, desafortunadamente, se me cayó la corona mientras cenaba. Estábamos buscando frenéticamente dentistas locales que pudieran ayudarnos y Cancún Dental Care fue uno de los primeros que encontramos. Experiencia negativa: Son estafadores, por favor eviten ir a esta clínica a toda costa. Viajé desde Maryland para que me hicieran mis coronas. Después de regresar, empecé a sentir dolor de inmediato. Experiencia positiva: **Actualización: uno de los tratamientos de conducto se rompió 3 meses después de hacerlo. Pensé que era el que me habían hecho, pero no estaba seguro hasta ahora. Se rompió un trozo 3 meses después de que me lo hicieran y luego, 4 meses después, se cayó toda la parte expuesta del diente del tratamiento de conducto. Le dejaré 3 estrellas ya que fueron buenos para tratar y los otros dos tratamientos de conducto están aguantando, pero realmente apesta haber gastado todo el dinero para que se rompiera en 3 meses. Necesitaba hacerme 3 tratamientos de conducto y nunca había estado en México antes, y la recepcionista fue muy amable y respondió todas mis preguntas sobre el procedimiento, así como algunas preguntas sobre Cancún. Nos recogieron en el aeropuerto y nos llevaron a la consulta dental para un examen inicial y luego a nuestro hotel, que reservaron para nosotros a través de sus afiliaciones hoteleras. Luego nos recogieron al día siguiente para el procedimiento. La endodoncista fue muy amable y me explicó todo lo que estaba haciendo, además de permitirme relajar la mandíbula a menudo para no sentirme adolorido. Tomó muchas radiografías cuando estaba cerca de terminar un diente para asegurarse de que todo estuviera limpio y luego lo rellenó adecuadamente. Experiencia negativa: Edición: Estoy rehaciendo mi reseña aquí porque algunas cosas salieron mal. Uno de mis implantes falló y tampoco me dieron grandes empastes, pero están bien por ahora según lo que me dijo mi dentista actual. Llamé a las 6:00 pm y me atendió de inmediato. ¡Me explicó todo a fondo y me arregló enseguida! Experiencia fantástica: Vine a Cancún de vacaciones y para hacerme un trabajo dental. Estuve aquí un total de 7 días. Antes de llegar, confirmé con Cancún Dental Care que tendría suficiente tiempo para realizar todos mis procedimientos (limpieza, blanqueamiento, 2 conductos radiculares - uno con corona, reemplazar 7 empastes y un empaste de resina para un diente astillado) a través de WhatsApp. Fueron muy receptivos y confirmaron que tendría tiempo suficiente. Terminamos en 3 visitas cortas, cada una manejada con cuidado y extrema profesionalidad. El Dr. Xavier fue muy eficiente mientras trabajaba y aprovechó muy bien el tiempo. Escuchan a sus pacientes y constantemente piden retroalimentación sobre cómo se sienten y su apariencia para asegurar que el paciente esté satisfecho. Fue una experiencia muy agradable para lo que normalmente son procedimientos muy desagradables.

Experiencia negativa: Me puse dos coronas. Me dieron un buen precio que se ajustaba a mis posibilidades. Sin embargo, cinco meses después, una de las coronas se cayó porque no estaba bien posicionada. El dentista las instaló de forma permanente de inmediato sin verificar cómo se ajustaban y ajustarlas en consecuencia. Eran demasiado grandes y él seguía haciéndolas más pequeñas.
